Depends on why the merger failed. I have had merger stocks fail before and later complete with a different merger.
The issue I have with your position is that you pretended to be dissecting the companies and analyzing each as a case by case basis. When in reality it was all irrelevant since your real issue was with the shell itself. As yiu now finally admit! Only when pushed though!
Let me be clear, like your issue with the shell rather than the actual mergers, I have issue with your intentions vs your arguments. Some of which I agree with. However I simply don’t trust you! Your answers are always trying to hide your true intentions. Not trustworthy!
