Statute? Public will vote against all day & night

There's no statute that says yes or no to lithium battery production .07 miles from the largest public school in the city. There are zoning ordinances and environmental regulations but not statutes.

It's the politicians and public, most likely, that would decide that type of scenario. If public says no, ploticians will say no. But, it will never happen so it's a moot point like all of the fantasy project promos. More waste of time even discussing.

Lithium is a very different animal. I suggest you google your questions, lots of info. You can bet it will be highly debated.
