they have yet to file for bankruptcy.

i think there are several options:

1. large player in the industry buys them out.

2. hedge fund buys them out.

3. govt. bails them out. Biden may step forward and save the company.

4. they merge with another trucking company.

govt stake in the company is significant. govt. could save them.

What will change?
Service will be horrible. Nothing will get maintained. Customers have moved to other Trucking deals. It's hard to get those back unless you kill your rates. Then you have the unions wanting their pound of flesh.,workers didn't cause this, management did. And management will have workers in the crosshairs. It's Eastern Air all over again.

Save Yellow for how long? They won't have to pay their bills so vendors will have them in credit hold. Would you supply them with fuel on credit. LOL

The money to be made is now. I can't see shorts not killing it.,
