I have listened to and read all Craig Phillips interviews that were posted here. They just reiterated that the administration wanted to to continue using the free money they were getting from the NWS. I have repeatedly given Calabria kudos for the forbearance during Covid which prevented the collapse of real estate market like 2008. But Calabria is guilty of: 1) Sending one sweep to Treasury. 2) Hiding Stress Test Results. 3) Establishing unreasonable capital requirements. 4) Increasing the SPS balance. 5) Increasing the LP balance. 6) Reinstating NWS once FnF are fully capitalized.
All of the above show he failed miserably in his role as a conservator.
Nope... if calabria had a set ... he'd have prevailed had he wanted to ...

Near 8B in income on combined 2B (less than) shares =$4 eps x4 = 16 x 13 = around $200 a share...
So, yes blame calbria, munchin, watt and the rest of them. all those that could have done something. but didnt. why? was it incompetence or personal greed?
