Thanks for the info. Does this news suggest anything about a timely resolution of the dividend issue?

The Company authorized preferred shares and resolved to pay a preferred dividend to its common shareholders (pro rata) so that every owner is to receive 1 preferred share for each 10 common shares owned on a record date of March 7, 2023. March 31, 2023 was set as the payment date. However, the dividend will not be announced by FINRA. The Company is considering paying the dividend since a lack of announcement is not a prohibition against paying the dividend and the Company provided FINRA the required 10days notice prior to the established record date.

I wonder if that is really true. Does it mean that FINRA has processed the dividend, but are not going to announce it? I'm confused.
