Dr. J will eventually get a NASDAQ vehicle and go that route if need be. He is a man of principal and wants the CE to be removed so that is why he has been persistent in getting it removed as opposed to a plan B. Even he will have his limits though if they play too many games with him.

I'm pretty sure the CE disqualifies a ticker from uplisting to Nasdaq. They have a reputation to uphold as they are quite proud of proclaiming.
