There won’t be a “settlement” with the teamsters. Yellow freight can no longer compete in the LTL market with unionized labor. The Teamsters negotiated themselves out of 30,000 jobs.

Nice work Teamsters, really nice job on that one.

Should the assets of Yellow freight be purchased, labor will not include anything having to do with the teamsters. That damage is done, documented, and forever gone.
