I think I made a coupe minor mistakes below, but the gist still holds. I wrote a quick SA article which I think corrects those errors. The SLOOS survey is showing pretty tight lending standards, but overall it looks like they loosened slightly in the report that just came out. I still think caution is warranted in general, but for me that means a higher bar for putting money to work, not automatically hiding under a rock.
