Shares sold were Series A convertible, not common. According to the last quarterly, the series A are convertible 1500 to 1. So if I understand this correctly, the common share price for this inside sale is $32.71 / 1500, or a share price of about 2.2 cents. Above where we are now, but not dollars above. If they were to get 100% profit, price is still less than five cents.

Thoughts? Corrections?
