Speculating is about calculating your odds with the risk. The odds just seem to be getting better that the CE will be removed. Otherwise buy Treasury Bills, you won't have to worry about risk. Or bring down your risk with a Blue Chip stock. But as you know, the big money can come if you can get a speculative play right. I am not so sure ICOA is so much of a speculative play at .001 at this point. Too much evidence that it could be way undervalued. We'll see soon enough.
Are you saying a Canadian is dumb because he buys a CE stock? I think you should turn your keyboard 7 times before writing stupidities like that. Those high risks high rewards plays are the best, I had 3 CEs removal in my portfolio this year DBMM profiting 3000% ATVK profiting 1000% and GMPW around 400% , I held those stocks for more than a year each before the removal, it takes time but the rewards are worth the wait.
