XYZ wasn't there a link (little india.com ) or something which said blech bought a 70% majority stake in xkem which means pandey has a mximum of 30% at best.

Not sure on my memory though.

xyz....I believe that last summer I read that Dr P. would always retain 51% of the o/s of xechem to prevent a takeover of the company. I'll see if I can find the info.
