It seems like in 5 years Elon and SpaceX will be all in with Starship and will focus less and less on Falcon 9 for medium sized payloads...

This will open the door for an affordable medium launch provider. ULA/Vulcan will be too expensive, Blue Origin's New Glenn might be an option, however if Neutron can master reusability it might be the cheapest and most popular option to take over medium launches.

I do think Rocket Lab will need to lease a site a Cale Canaveral as Wallops limits some of the trajectories for US launches. If Neutron proces as reliable and reusable as Falcon 9, they will be able to also do polar and sun synchronous launches from Cape Canaveral.
