things like that used to be common happenings.... have made it a part of my life and the 2nd part is not telling anyone unless it's someone that needs to hear it....... other wise it's like blowing your own horn..... shame that's it more rare these days.......
everyone's life should have moments doing things without thanks they're most satisfying.....imo....it's always uncomfortable even still when It's an old man or lady you help out and if you don't let them say thanks, --that would hurt their feelings....a hug works pretty well for the little old ladies.....but when they have tears in their eyes they're so grateful....dang.....still can't get out of their fast enough! I usually say something like, they remind me of my grandma etc... and am glad to it.......and thanks for letting me........
