All stocks are evaluated using historical information. Do you trend the future? This company moves at what I call a glacial pace so information is nearly real time. It is why the haven't been able to otherwise and convert debt because they haven't managed their shares structure over time. What I see are lazy managers who simply prefer to borrow more rather than make decisions. The focus is always is how do we scheme to borrow more, it is called a ponzi scheme that, as always, is unsustainable. The question I have is what plan did they present to these new investors to pay the increased in debt? What was offered as security? Looks to me like they just borrowed $5.5 million to cover $3 million is debt earning default interest, penalties, and monitoring fees.
