I would never buy this SEC delinquent, SEC corporate actions restricted, non-SEC registered, non-SEC reporting, non-audited, FINRA Notice of Deficiency assigned, FINRA Rule 6490 violating, SEC Rule15c2-11 warned, price plummeting, accumulation plummeting, problematic share cancelation (5 losses and 0 wins), bloated share structure (7 billion AS and 2.4 billion OS), no reverse merger candidate POS.
