In cursory review of challenged awards, I found that longest running one was about 1 year. Most get shot down almost immediately. Like the first time a judge makes a pronouncement. Heck, maybe they take it to the Supreme Court. Why not. Ain't their money.
I think having a ruling that they breached out contract is a win. Validates that we were harmed. Underreports the harm but is still immensely valuable. This case is very appealable
