Lamberth in his ruling said HERA was the problem infringing on constitutional rights. Plaintiff attorneys did nothing and still are doing nothing. The scotus interpreted HERA as written because it was not challenged. Dumb attorneys. Although I think there is a greater than 60% chance plaintiffs will prevail this round.
