Has a "name change" been submitted anywhere?

I've seen countless posts referring to this, as if something's in-work and causing processing delays.

I don't see any filings for a NAME CHANGE w/ Nevada, or a TICKER CHANGE w/ FINRA.

Anybody have links/evidence that EITHER have been submitted or is in-work?
