Yeah, while Fleematics had a large customer base, their old sec files indicate a going concern for potential patent infringement lawsuits.
RMTD and Telogis would have had a higher valuation than what Verizon paid for Fleetmatics, IMO.
Therefore, what Verizon paid for Telogis must not be the whole package.
Seems to me payment for RMTD must still be in the cards.
