Thanks for the info, Older. Just FYI, a case dismissed with prejudice is over and done with, once and for all, and can't be brought back to court, ever. No, I don't think it was an "out-of-court" settlement because if it was, a Settlement Agreement would have been filed outlining the terms of the settlement and signed by both parties, not a "Request for Dismissal with Prejudice".

Whatever happened, this case is over and done with, once and for all, and can NEVER be refiled again in any court, ever.

Most likely an out of court settlement. One that lying Roger Pawson is unlikely to follow through with.
