FINRA reviews and approves change in ownership of merging companies. So, yes, we have to wait on them.

It would then seem clear that Rick and Tad are going for the name and ticker change at FINRA. BYOP seems to be available, I can't find another company with that ticker symbol. No problem with me, they need to get that done anyway.
