Yes thats a given. but unfortunately the timelines may be a long drawn out one...

But what else does this case pronounce for us? Can it pronounce NWS is invalid? for any instant gratification or suspension? or nothing like that? (i.e a ll those cases are lost in scOTUS already ?)
