What does a Reg A+ bring to the equation? I don’t understand what the obsession surrounding the topic. The whole Reg A+ story seems pretty sketchy to me. How many times can a company promote they are being funded by unregistered broker dealers and never execute?

ASTA has never had abusive short interest. The naked shorty conspiracy theory story is out of control. Let them prove it in a court of law, not on message boards. I’d love to see / read that!
