Anyone else have a theory?

Fear of an offering immediately after good
news and/or FDA approval.
Examples are plentiful: EVGN, ICCM, RDHL,
CANF, BCLI (All Israeli stocks which i follow
quite closely) and the most recent: URGN.
(Should have waited a few days and would
have fetched a much better price)
