The normal speculative reaction to a reverse split is a negative one... you don't seem to be too concerned about a possible 1 for 100 reverse in this case.

I think 1-100 is too high. More like 1-20 to 50. Any more than that and it is very illiquid. Upon RM, the PPS should go up enough to justify a lower RS
