I don’t see his name, Benjamin Jon Eppinga, on this lawsuit. Please post a screenshot, perhaps I missed it.

When I corrected the misinformation, you had stated he an attorney living in Chicago who can no longer practice law in Florida.

The simple fact is he elected to not practice law, no misconduct was found.

The remainder of your post is opinion, I didn’t do a character study on him, I have no idea if it’s true or not.
