Not fair! Bad math. The GXII peeps got a huge portion of the $20mm spac fee. I know where you are coming from. But that part should not be excluded from the big picture imho.

Walter. Can you upgrade your due diligence research list to include these points? So it’s now Kingdon and the costing of gxii peeps that appear, as usual, to be risk free. Waiting.

Ted , Peter , Scooter( Mike??) and friends ( I hope for obvious reasons that even you guys do not include A123 amongst your friends -lol) let's call ourselves by our correct names and be at least transparent. I am transparent , you know my name. I know yours but the readers of this post do not .

So you are all saying that the sponsors have no 8,5 million risk because they received part of the 20 million cost of the Spac deal back in cash? that is BS . They have 8,5 million at risk ...Full stop.
I know the deal is complex but I suggest you should follow a course in "reading comprehension " because i repeat your claim is BS.
My point is very clear , whether they spent their 8,5 million in 2021 2022 or 2023 or whether they had to do the merger to save their 8,5 million does not matter; If Niocorp fails and they cannot recover their shares or their future shares ( which they will only earn if Niocorp is considerable higher in shareprice) they will lose 8,5 million usd ..
and I will be very happy if the sponsors and also TH6565 will exercise their warrants at CONSIDERABLE higher shareprices as we have today;

The information on the Spac costs is somewhere and I have to dig that up . maybe you can do it for me and then we can discuss it again. ( it 's early in the morning here)
I remember having read it and only part of it were cash costs .
