#121446 RE: keepemcloser #121440

I know the amt was a fine but how do you think the jury came up with such amounts? I'm pretty sure it harkens back to the original loans and rk complaints. As I said, way back then I believe vplm actually did pay some of it back because I used to have the original filings that showed as much. but I think rk decided to deal with the rest still owed him by taking things into his own hands and not necessarily rightfully so because he probably violated the parameters of the loan agreement. So then some accountant or someone allegedly alerted Sawyer and he put on the hold and then it all got kind of crazy between dollar amounts/numbers of shares/how much had already been paid, etc etc and thenrest is it only history but, lolol, still ongoing case I heard from you recently. I thought it was done. I thought the vplm vs locksmith had been dismissed by mutual agreement. It all gives me a freakin headache as none of it really matters much in the bigger picture but I guess it matters to rk and vplm? And I agree I never saw any shares put back. So are they still frozen and that's what locksmith is still suing for? See, THAT'S what I thought the jury decided or figured was what rk deserved after all said and done and with calculating the different share values and money (loan) the values over all this time with inflation etc?
