It really is unusual. It’s right in front of our face pretty much every day, which makes me think it’s legal and for some other purpose that I can’t figure out. Why always six digits? Why 2 trades equaling 7 mill? Why always undercutting the bid? Why always at the end of the trading day? Someone is getting 7 mill shares at a discount, every day. Who? For what purpose? This is a minimum on lower volume days, days with higher volume, more will trade at 6 digits, undercutting the bid, with a higher volume discount. That’s not how diluted shares enter the market, and I can’t imagine any financial gain to short at these levels… so what then?
