You are correct.

The leader of the pump clowns crew, Hokie, doesn't seem to understand the basics of legal proceedings. I tried to explain it to him many times, and he just sticks his head in the sand and starts making personal attacks.

But at some point, we have to just realize that there's a core group of mindless pumpers here that are not functioning on more than a few brain cells, and that trying to hold a conversation with them based on logic and reasoning is a waste of time.
