Yes, it is. I'm a observer of human nature and companies take on a persona over time if you follow them. Foley is a $ guy and is good at what he does in this area, and he has played the market like a fiddle during his term. He's highly in lock step with them again, as he has been for years. He's had to, and has to again. He's good at playing their game and dealing with consequences. Companies can be transparent to you, even if others don't see it, if you understand them well enough. Short interest - 13 M shares
Shares short one month ago - 15 M shares
% shares outstanding - 15.51%
Short interest ratio has come down in the last month from 12.22 days to 10.62 days

As high an institutional ownership of outstanding shares/float as you generally see (mid 90's.)

This issue has had a significant short interest for a long time. But it's come down.

It's one of the factors you have to be aware of with this issue. Get short covering and price can go higher fairly quickly. Price gets extended, shorts pile in. Coming off the mid 30's to the low 20's some shorts have covered.
