My answer is definitely yes. The machine RVNC is building will be of value to any potential buyer who doesn't already have an aesthetics sales force. With RVNC you're getting more than just the best toxin. I also think the Daxxify (still often called Daxi for short) brand has real value and potential.

RVNC—Do you…still believe [there] is a viable opportunity for the company to be purchased outright?

Yes I do, but I’m not banking on it. I think RVNC is fully capable of becoming a profitable standalone company. To maximize the opportunity, however, RVNC will need a partner to co-market Daxxify for therapeutic indications.

.....one of the reasons I invested in RVNC was the notion they would be eventually bought out at a market capitalization of $4-5 Billion after the FDA granted approval for the medical treatment of CD and a pathway

That's a you problem :). Mark me down for an unequivocal "nope". It would have happened by now already if it were going to. Nashville move was the key to my no vote and it hasn't changed since. I believe they likely entertained BO offers prior. Once sales start kicking in on both ends, the buyout price has flown the chicken coop and management will be pricing it as such long prior to the potential maturing, which is risky for buyers
