Point is Nils stated doing an S-1, not a Form-10 as DDV repeatedly claims.


Nils said audit in July, and targeting S-1 and uplist by end of third quarter, but I wouldn't hold them to the 3rd quarter goal as Brookmount is regularly late or it never materializes.
