So let me get this straight. Almost 4 years ago FKA BioAmber sold for and undisclosed amount with a down payment of $334,000 and then another down payment of $4,006,000 that was paid upfront upon closing for a total of $4.34. Well the only company who put money out was LCYB so your saying LCYB then paid an undisclosed amount 5 years ago for the FKA BioAmber shares but they didn’t ask the owners of the shares via a tender offer? So they just bought shares in a PHBCO without shareholder’s permission and without it being public knowledge as is required?
So LCYB put a double down payment on a double secret transaction hiding it from the public and the owners of the shares. Then in a crazy twist took possession of all of the assets including the tangible and intangible as shown in the APA.
So why was LCYB not required to ask the shareholders (owners of the shares) if they wanted to sell for the amount being offered? Why was Lcyb not required to notify the courts, the shareholders, the creditors, the SEC or FINRA? Why did FINRA suspend the cusip and delete the ticker symbol? Why was BioAmber completely shut down? BioAmber owns No technology as again sold to LCYB. I wonder how LCYB has been able to hide it. Yeah buddy Biowin you got them on the ropes now!! Keep up the (LMFAO) DD as I’m sure LCYB, LCY and KKR are panicking. I bet they have someone come forward like a high level executive to tell the story on 60 minutes and blow the entire thing wide open!!
