Did GEP replace PT.IDN as it relates to snpw - panels, labels, factory set up support etc. is the agreement cancelled or still valid. If there is an agreement was is the offer, acceptance and consideration. Shareholders being informed is key here. Too much speculation otherwise - my opinions.
