At this point is it about Ward's reputation or Mexico's? I would suggest that the stock went from .001 to .10 because of Ward. Now it has stalled because everyone knows Mexico needs to come through.

I would suggest no one believes Ward and the latest rumors and Mexico's caution with whom they choose to build out "the projects" is very understandable..Especially since Mexico is transitioning into an LNG super power..
