At this point, it would not shock me if the folks in Israel have their hand open waiting on the $$$$, rather than a penny stock, in order to approve the new lease.

Afterall, that $$$$ has to stay here and pay the hard workers in America that are busy fundraising, posting on message boards, sending emails, issuing press releases, and sharing the gospel according to John.
