I had my credit locked through the lifelock app. I highly recommend removing any identity protection credit lock before applying for a T-Mobile credit check. I had to call T-Mobile and have them run a manual approval with additional questions to prove my identity, which is complete. Hopefully tomorrow the T-Mobile web service will return approval to the Tri Cascade activation service. I'm working with Tri Cascade at this point, but the issue is on the T-Mobile side as Tri Cascade needs to receive approval from T-Mobile to activate my T-Mobile SIM, which will be billed through T-Mobile.
