Correct. This is all one VERY complex and HIGHLY structured hostile takeover. If all cards could be on the table ANY reasonable person can tell Fannie and Freddie were fucked over BIG TIME. That's the mess we're in. So much deceit to wade through - of what limited amount we are even able to see - let alone what is found that still can't make it to court. It's a shame. The beat goes on. Can't go on forever. Time will tell. We all have our opinions. All classes of securities are in the toilet - we'd be lying to ourselves to think otherwise. If you think how we got here from the VERY beginning is justified - you're part of the problem. Go figure...
