Fanniegate is about cover-ups, not ambiguous or vague statutory provisions.
Question: Why does judge Lamberth need 2 days for the Jury Selection, whereas in the last trial it commenced and concluded on the same day?
Something fishy is going on.

Are you going to find DeMarco in the court hallway tomorrow too? Rofl.

Jury selection is obviously important, that's why

To both P & D - was a 4-4 tie. They need to feel like they have 6 of 8 that will side with them, and then, other 2 might follow.

Also, I wonder if the last year has brought about changes to the simple question (paraphrased) "Do you feel the government does act in the public interest"?

(with DOJ & FBI under fire, one wonders if people have changed minds)

and who elected the judges

both are one step from elections

agencies may well be overstepping their authority and reading congressional language with politics

but

why do you think - seriously even for one minute - 9 lifetime appointed judges are not each doing the exact same thing ----- I see no increase in accountability to the people and no decrease in politics v law or the congressional record - intent
