FINRA would deny them if that lawsuit isnt expunged from the record it might be so they are probably going to file 23 filings all at once.

Hi Davied. Since you know more about SEC regulations, I wanted to ask you if you see the possibility that PSPW is currently in an uplist process to NASDAQ???

Not sure if the Form 10 woukd require FINRAs review and approval i think it does.

stocks dead after two years od non trading to the average trader not expert market. you can write off the loss after two years even if you can not sell the security. I have spoke with SEC a few times to confirm again and with my CPA.
