JPMCB is the CTs' TruPS Agent and not all of class 10b subordinated debentures' agents. The CTs' subordinated debentures are in class 10b with other subordinated debentures.

JPMCB guaranteed their F stock funds related to LBHI.

Damn shame, only a lawyer or computer programmer can follow the chain of unaffected matters in the settlement agreement. Take a law class in contract law or a computer class in data structures or help out a Hotel in NYC.
