So, in 2017, you did a little digging and came up with POSRMX having 73 employees and $6.9M in annual revenue, both of which couldn't be further from reality, and then you said that with SkiQ things would only be greater?

Where did you get your DD from on that, Echo?

They had a handful of employees and 2017 revenue for the entire year was just over $14,000
