In theory, yes but...

1. To be considered a non affiliate, you can only hold no more than 4.99%...any more than that and you are subject to selling restrictions and the company will have to list him in disclosure as a 5% control person in table with officer directors.

2. Look at bigger problems...Mammoth gets 30 to 40% discount off the lowest traded price (15- day look back) and there are more.

3. One guy can convert at .0001 for 1.1 billion shares for his $11k investment

4. As a buyer, do you really want to see that a director converted 20 million shares?
