Per Hudnell’s filing to not stay the case, he stated the average timeline is 25.7 freaking months. Even in an article of a prior case Albright denied a stay, the 25.7 months was again stated. Therefore, depending on when they started counting the average months, aka when submitted or when granted, we’re looking at possibly January 2025, for a decision.
