I wish we could say the same for his preferred shareholders. I suspect one or more of them is converting and dumping below .0001. Buyers get some RS insurance with fills below .0001, but the OS increases a tad with every trade. We'll know what is happening when the Q2 10-K comes out. This trading pattern started during Q2.
