Mr. Williams’ resignation as CFO was not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies, practices or otherwise, and he remains a director of the Company.

That’s what they always say.

But if you were the CFO of a company that was about to receive zillions in payments from all the tech companies in America and you had millions of stock options, would you resign just before this incredible wealth generation opportunity?

On the other hand, if you as CFO knew it was essentially a scam and insiders had been illegally dumping for years - and maybe even received a Wells Notice- you’d run a mile as soon as you could.
