I don't entirely discount charts, I just don't think the weight given to them is correct if that is the source people are relying on. TCNNF has shown that news moves the stock. For example : https://www.marijuanamoment.net/senate-committee-chairman-says-marijuana-banking-bill-actually-wont-get-a-vote-this-summer-despite-his-goal-lobbyist-reports/ Today we are down .18 I don't see the opening of a dispensary or two as being the kind of positive news that makes a large move, in fact, it hasn't seemed to have affected the stock at all. While it is part of the story going forward, it in itself has minimal impact. I don't think that every bit of news is going to move the stock, but something as substantial as the above does have a direct correlation regardless of the chart. IMO

If news is what moves the stock price then the price should never change until the next story comes out.

I guess I’m missing a LOT of news stories.
