and while there may have been others who reposted it, I dont recall anyone implying that it meant that GVSI was an SEC filer.

Your claim doesnt make any sense because at the time GVSI wasnt filing anything.

It's not nonsense at all. It was very much an attempt to mislead people that did not know better.

That was exactly what it was. Reaper working in tandem with mrNormall supplying screenshots of GVSI's CIK# to try to convince people GVSI was SEC registered.
