Orlando? Highly likely as he was instrumental getting funding from China and maybe even Brazil buddies. Orlando is I believe the one that approached tmtg with the spac P&D play. Then cheeto booted him down the chute. tmtg settled but I doubt he'll ever pay and will fight it.
